Return and Refund Policy

Bomber Betty is a small business, and due to the custom nature of the products, generally does not accept returns. I will be more than happy to adjust the color of a custom product if it isn't quite right, and replace damaged products that are no fault of the customer (i.e. damaged in shipping). I can not replace products that have been dropped and shattered. If you are having a hard time deciding on a color you haven't tried yet, please consider ordering a sample to start.
